Dr. Robert Straub, Chairman of the Board, (Swiss citizen) studied economics at the Universities of Zurich and Fribourg (Switzerland). After a ten-year career in business he spent the next twenty years working for the Finance Department of the Canton of Zurich. In 1995 he set up an independent financial consultancy. Rolf Kaelin, Vice Chairman of the Board, (Swiss citizen) has a commercial education (KV) and completed the Advanced Management Program of The Wharton Business School (Philadelphia). He has more than 20 years of international experience in investment banking and asset management. Among other things, he has been employed by Bank Leu, Credit Suisse, Dresdner Bank and the Liechtenstein Global Trust Group. In September 1998, he founded Kaelin Management AG. Rolf Kaelin is director of ProgressNow! advisers AG and Kaelin Management AG. In addition, Rolf Kaelin serves on the board of the ProgressNow! portfolio company Velico Medical Inc. Bettina S. Steffen Buser, General Manager, (Swiss citizen) is a Certified Swiss Banker with more than 15 years of international banking experience. From 1990 to 1996 she headed the Swiss representative office of Manufacturers Hanover Trust New York and, after its merger with Chemical Bank, of Chemical Bank. In 1996 Bettina Steffen Buser joined Liechtenstein Global Trust Zurich and since 1998 has been employed by Kaelin Management AG. In addition to her employment with Kaelin Management AG Bettina Steffen Buser is responsible for the administrative management of ProgressNow! advisers AG.
