Ordinary shareholders' meeting of ProgressNow! invest AG - 24.03.2010
At the 2010 annual general meeting of the Swiss investment company ProgressNow! invest AG all motions of the board of directors were passed by a large majority. The annual report containing the accounts of ProgressNow! invest AG and the group accounts of the ProgressNow! invest group as per December 31, 2009 were approved. The members of the board and the managing director were discharged for the year 2009. Current board member Rolf Kälin was re-elected for a further period of three years. In addition PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Bern, were confirmed as auditors of the company for the current financial year. 60% of the share capital of the company was represented at the annual general meeting.
